Please send us a mail if you have not recieved your order after 14 – 21 days. info@fuugo.no. Please include your name, order number, product title and date of the order – you can find these info on your reciept.
Click on Login / Register on the top right on the page (www.fuugo.no).
Choose Register and fill the information and a code wil be sent to the email you provided.

A dashboard (My account)will open. In the dashboard there is a link “Become A Vendor,” click on it.
When you click on the “Become A Vendor” you will be directed to a form where you will add your personal information and account number for Royalty payments.
We will then review your form and if you meet our requirements we will approve your application.

Your files must be in PDF format for a physical book. We do not accept upload of word or any other document format. For E-books, you can upload PDF and EPUB. These two are part of the most accepted formats for e-books and physical books in the market.
To sell your used books in FUUGO.NO, you must open an account.

FUUGO.NO does not take any commission on the used books sold on our site.
No. The seller has sole responsibility for what they sell. FUUGO.NO does not check any legality issues regarding any book a seller wants to sell on our site. However, if we recieve any information that a book violates any rights, we will remove it from our site.
Seller And Buyer:
FUUGO.NO does not take any part in the transaction or agreement between a used book seller and buyer. All communications between Seller and Buyer and eventual payments are their sole responsibility.
We do not check for transparency issues, font embedding in pdf files, artwork, and we do not quality check your book before it goes live. It is your responsibility to check your writing for errors and that your content adheres to our rules and regulations. Make sure that the text fonts are embedded into the pdf file before you upload your book. This will ensure that your book is produced with the same fonts as in your document.
All fonts must be embedded in a PDF file for us to produce your book from the file. Embedding a font is the act of properly including fonts in a document so the typefaces can be rendered properly when producing.
Using embedded fonts guarantees that the PDF reader can reproduce the original manuscript font, regardless of whether or not they are installed in the system. In instances where your fonts have not been embedded, the production system may try and substitute your font type with close or available fonts. This may affect the quality of the production of your book.
Some text processing softwares has authomatic text embedding. Check your software.

Yes, you can order a copy of your book for kr 2990.- . You can do this during the uploading of your book. This price does not include the designing and so on of your book(Book cover and interior design). This price includes production preparation from a finished manuscript uploaded in pdf format into our platform. We strongly recommend you to order a sample copy of your book. It will give you a chance to see what your book will look like and the opportunity to make changes if necessary.

FUUGO.NO publisher platform has focus on the environment- a green company. A green company is a company that focuses on environmentally friendly practices. To become a green company, we must focus on making sustainable choices in how we do business. As a result, we work hard to reduce waste. How do we achieve it? Fuugo.no does not store books in our warehouse. Our books, whether one or a thousand copies, are printed to order. In this way, we can reduce waste. Because each book is produced to order, our deliveries take a little longer than the traditional publishers and booksellers who have books in their warehouses. However, we do our best to complete and deliver each book within a reasonable time.
Our delivery time: 14 – 21 days.
This is our own way of helping in the fight to save our environment.
The purchase price is the amount you set for your work. It is the amount that buyers will be charged.
The lowest amount that you can charge for a book is kr 180,- The reason for this is because of the cost of in producing single books. This does not apply to ebooks.
No, but keep in mind that it costs more to produce.
Although we market fuugo.no to book lovers in Norway, it would also be an idea for you as an author to launch your own marketing in addition. You can achieve good sales and awareness around yourself as an author through that. There are different ways you can achieve great results and some of them are as follows:
1. Create your own author website where you display image of your book and link it to your book page in fuugo.no.
2. Display your book in your Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc. and link to your page in fuugo.no.
It is important to build awareness and it will help you build loyal customer base. If you have blog, it would also be a good idea to write about your book there and link it to your book page in fuugo.no
For the authors who publish their books on FUUGO.NO, we pay out royalties two times in a year. May 15 and December 20. Royalty is 60% after deduction of production cost.
The publishing company name that will appear on the books published in Fuugo.no is Ibec Publishing. Ibec Publishing will assign the ISBN which will be printed on the backcover of each book. However, if you have another publisher name and ISBN, please add these in book information when uploading your book. Make sure that the ISBN and publishing company name is attached on the backcover of your book (Ferdig Manuscript).
According to the Obligatory Delivery Act, everyone who publishes books in Norway must send some copies to the National Library( 3 copies of physical books). This also applies to e-books. The National Library takes care of the books and e-books for the future in a secure digital archive. These books are registered in Norway’s national bibliography and are made available for libraries in Norway.

ATTENTION! You are responsible for safe return of the product. Pack the item well, and take care of the shipping receipt.
FUUGO.NO does not charge a fee if you regret a purchase, but you are the one who has to pay for the return.
Exchange with another product
You can exchange a product you bought with another product. However, this does not include used books, audio and ebooks. Before you send back your purchased product, send us an email with your name, address, telephone and name/title of the purchased product and the title of the product you would like to exchange to.
